Today, the company reports drill results from 11 diamond drill holes. (View AQM's drill plan map). Hole ZFDDH10-075 was drilled 90 metres south of previously reported drill hole ZFDDH10-036 (200m @ 0.63% Cu) and shows that mineralization remains open to the south along this section. Hole ZFDDH10-076 was drilled at a -85º angle to the south from the same pad as previously reported drill hole ZFRC09-033 (112m @ 0.79% Cu). Hole ZFDDH10-077 was drilled 80 metres south of previously reported drill hole ZFDDH10-073 (163.5m @ 0.36% Cu) and shows that mineralization remains open to the south along this section. Hole ZFDDH10-070 was drilled 80 metres north of hole ZFDDH10-73 and shows that mineralization also remains open to the north along this section. Hole ZFDDH10-078 was drilled due west from the same pad as previously reported drill hole ZFDDH10-067 (8m @ 0.33% Cu) and represents the westernmost limit of known copper mineralization in the Main Zone. Hole ZFDDH10-079 was drilled 100 metres northwest of drill hole ZFDDH10-070 (156.5m @ 0.28% Cu). The hole was lost before its target depth due to drilling difficulties. Hole ZFDDH10-80 was drilled 60 metres south of previously reported drill hole ZFDDH10-039 (188m @ 0.73% Cu) and extends the known extent of high grade enriched copper mineralization further to the south than previously identified. Hole ZFDDH10-081 was drilled 70 metres south of previously reported drill hole ZFDDH10-074 (No Significant Results). This hole was aimed at testing the presence of any enriched copper mineralization to the west of known limits of the Main Zone. Hole ZFDDH10-082 was drilled 80 metres south of previously reported drill hole ZFDDH10-063 (172m @ 0.66% Cu) and shows that mineralization remains open to the south along this section. Hole ZFDDH10-083 was drilled 95 metres south of previously reported drill hole ZFDDH10-030 (100m @ 0.60% Cu) and shows that mineralization remains open to the south along this section. Hole ZFDDH10-084 was drilled northwards from a pad located 90 metres south of previously reported drill hole ZFDDH10-072 (48m @ 0.23% Cu). Drilling throughout August has focused on a 3.1km long segment of the Main Zone, one of six porphyry copper-gold targets within the Zafranal project. The Company continues an aggressive drill program at Zafranal comprised of grid drilling the Main Zone, testing of the east and west extensions of the Main Zone, deep drilling on the Main Zone, and continued testing of recent discoveries at Sicera Sur and Sicera Norte. The Company has established a rigorous QA/QC program at Zafranal, which includes the insertion of blanks, duplicates and certified standards into the sample stream. Core is photographed on site and subsequently sawed in half, with one half sent for analysis and the other half stored for future reference and assay verification. RC chips are split twice on site using a riffle splitter, with 25% of the sample being sent to the laboratory for assay and the rest stored for future verification purposes. All Zafranal samples are shipped to ALS Chemex's sample preparation facility in the city of Arequipa, where they are crushed and pulverized. Prepared samples are shipped to ALS Chemex's certified laboratory in Lima where they are analysed for gold, copper and multi-element ICP. Dr. Tom Henricksen, consultant geologist of the Company and Chief Geologist for AQM Peru, the Company's Qualified Person for the purposes of NI 43-101, has approved the information contained in this news release.
