Greenscape offers a particular focus to the parking industry. Greenscape has built the world's greenest parking structure, servicing the Denver International Airport, with operating partner Propark America. Many features have been incorporated into the design and construction to achieve LEED Gold certification including solar, wind and geothermal power generation, LED lighting and electric vehicle charging stations. This industry-transforming development has been certified as a Demonstrator Site for the Green Parking Council and will serve as a model from which new and environmentally responsible parking facilities will be built in addition to the retrofitting of existing facilities throughout North America.
