Petroamerica Oil Corp., TSX.V: PTA, is a well funded TSX-V listed Canadian oil and gas Company engaged in the exploration and development of light to medium oil opportunities in Colombia. The Company is led by a strong and experienced senior management team with extensive operations and exploration experience. President Paul Kroshko and his team previously managed Petrominerales Corp. (TSX: PMG), where they discovered several new fields including Corcel and Mapache. Petrominerales currently produces approximately 30,000 bopd from Colombia.

Petroamerica Oil has assembled a large portfolio of prospective oil properties in several prolific basins, including the Colombian Oriental Cordillera, Llanos and Middle and Lower Magdalena Basins, and is joint ventured on some of these properties with established producers in the country.
